    Poor craftsmanship

    Very disappointed with my first Canopy Bay hat by Laura Hutton. Poor finishes noticed with long pieces of stitching hanging from all over the hat.Very sloppy finishes that should have been noticed by quality control staff before selling these very expensive hats to people.

    Originally, I planned to order two more hats( fedora hat and one with the wide rim, but my opinion of these hats has changed. I have owned many sun hats while living overseas from cheap to very expensive. Quality seemed much better than your hats. Which is disappointing, as I like to support Australian made products.
