Free Express Delivery on orders over $150*

                  • FREE Express Delivery for all orders over $150 - sent via Australia Post, fully tracked.
                  • $9.95 Express Delivery for all orders under $150.

              Order before 3pm AEST Monday – Friday and your order will be sent same day.
              *Orders placed on Sunday and public holidays will be dispatched next business day.

                      • You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is packed in our warehouse. Please allow 12 - 24 hours for the tracking number to activate after it's first scanned by Australia Post.

Same Day (QLD Only)

  • Same Day Delivery is available for delivery addresses within the Same Day Delivery network in Brisbane, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Click HERE for postcodes included in the same day network.

  • Orders must be placed by 10:00am AEST weekdays to receive by 6pm same day. Orders placed after 10:00am AEST will be delivered next business day.

  • Same Day Delivery is not available for PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

  • All parcels sent with our Same Day Delivery Courier will be left at the delivery address in a safe spot if there is no one available to sign.

The charges must be paid by the recipient directly to NZ Customs or its authorized service provider before the parcel will be successfully delivered. How long will it take to get my order?

  • Australia: most parcels will arrive within 1 - 2 business days, regional areas may take 3 - 4 business days.

United States: if you have opted for Express shipping at checkout, your parcel will arrive within 2-3 business days, 6-10 business day if using our Standard shipping method.

  • New Zealand: Standard delivery, allow 4 - 9 business days (7 business days is the current average). For Express deliveries Auckland and some major cities sometime receive their order the day after it leaves our warehouse, allow 1 - 3 business days for the rest of the country.

Where is my order?

  • Our goal at Blue Bungalow is to ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • In fact, if you place your order before 3pm AEST from Monday to Friday, your order will leave our warehouse that day.

  • Once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post or DHL (international orders), you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can also access this information via your online account.

Click & Collect

What is click & collect?

      • Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to place your order online and collect it from our Eagle Farm, Brisbane retail store: your order will be ready to pick up 30 minutes after you receive your order confirmation email.

How do I place a click & collect order?

  • Add your items to cart as usual and select "Pick Up" as your shipping method at checkout.
  •  
  • You order will be ready to collect from our Eagle Farm Boutique 30 minutes after placing your order. For orders placed at night or over the weekend, the parcel will be ready for collection on the next business day.

Collecting your click & collect order

  • Your parcel will be available to collect from our Boutique, located at 860 Kingsford Smith Drive in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, 30 minutes after your order has been confirmed. Orders placed at night or over the weekend will be available on the next business day.
  •  
  • A copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) will need to be presented to collect your parcel.

  • We encourage you to try on your purchases in our boutique change rooms so if any exchanges need to be made, you can do them right there and then!

Can I pay when I arrive to collect?

    • Unfortunately, we cannot take cash or any other payment for Click & Collect orders in-store. We sell out so quickly in most styles that the only way to guarantee it will be held for you is to purchase it.

What happens if I can't make it to pick up my order?

  • Pickup will be available for 10 days from the initial collection date, after which you will be contacted to arrange for delivery by post.

Can I return my click & collect order?

  • As with all online purchases, you can return your order either in-store or by post. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.

Returns

My order has arrived, but it doesn't fit. How do I return my items? Can I get a refund?

      • We understand that sometimes, things are just not quite right. Our returns process is very quick and easy. Simply search 'returns' using the search bar to start the returns process.

        You can choose between a refund, an instant refund through Refundid, an online credit or an exchange (exchanges are only available in Australia).

        You will be issued a returns label to send the parcel back. The label is FREE if you choose exchange or online credit. If you opt for a refund, a flat rate of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund total to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

I received a faulty/incorrect item, what do I do?

  • Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as you receive your order via help@bluebungalow.com.au. Please include your order number, and any photos and relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this asap.

Can I return an online order to your store?

  • You are able to return any full priced items in store for a exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase date. Just make sure you bring your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. For details regarding returns, search 'Returns'.

Can I return my click & collect order?

  • As with all online purchases, you can return your order either in-store or by post. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.

I have sent a return back, have you received it? 

  • You will be able to track your return with the Australia Post tracking number and will be sent an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

  • You will, however, be issued your refund or store credit as soon as your item is scanned as "in transit", provided that you used the return shipping label that we provide.
  •  
  • If you used your own shipping label, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process a return once it is received by our warehouse.

Can I return an item bought using Afterpay?

  • Yes. The same returns policy applies for all orders regardless of their payment method. For more information, see returns.

Sizing

Sizing accuracy

      • Finding the right size when online shopping is tricky at the best of times, let alone when shopping on a site that stocks many different brands, all with different sizing standards (yep! that's us - but stick with us, we've done something about it).
      •  
      • Size guides you're used to seeing are generic, or where they are specific, only the sample size has actually been measured. If you ask us, that's just not good enough.
      •  
      • For every style you find on our website, our team has laid each size our on our measuring table, whipped out the measuring tape, and jotted down the exact measurements of the garment at the bust, hip, waist, length, etc.
      •  
      • It takes a little longer to do it this way, but saves you time returning something that was never going to fit in the first place.

        Next time you're browsing the site, look out for the Size Guide icon next to the size selector to find the exact garment measurements. Compare them against your own body measurements to know which size will fit you best. You might be a size 16 in one style, and a S/M in another.

        And look out for the "Best Fits" column in the Size Guide - we'll indicate if you should size up, down or go with your regular size based on our measurements and the fit testing that is done everyday here at Blue Bungalow HQ.

      • Get out of the habit of buying a size up online when you shop at Blue Bungalow. We've done the hard work for you, all you need to do is trust the measurements!

How will I know if an item will fit me or not?

  • Every garment on the Blue Bungalow website has been measured by our team to ensure you purchase the right size every time. When you're on a product page, simply click on the "Size Guide" icon to see our size recommendations and garment measurements.

Placing an Order

Do I need to have an account to place an online order?

      • No, you can process your order as a guest. When you arrive at the checkout page, simply check out as a guest and enter your details manually before placing your order.

I put the wrong information at checkout, what do I do?

  • Quick, give our Customer Care team a call on 1300 880 635 (Australia) and we can try and change your details before it is dispatched. If your order has already left our warehouse, and you have supplied the wrong address, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before we can re-ship it to the correct address.

I have a gift voucher/online credit code/subscriber discount code, how do I use it?

  • At the checkout stage of your online order, enter the full code that you have received on the right-hand side of the page in the "Discount code or gift card" box:
