Italian Summer Appetisers | Peach Crostini

This peach crostini recipe is one of those go-to recipes that you can whip up in no time and is sure to impress at any gathering. Combining the sweetness of our favourite summer stone fruit with the creamy richness of ricotta and topped with salty pancetta, each bite is bursting with savoury goodness!

Peach Crostini

Ingredients

  • Baguette, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 115g Pancetta, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Whole milk ricotta
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Large peaches
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup Basil

Steps

  1. Toast bread in frypan
  2. Mix ricotta with honey
  3. Finely slice peaches
  4. Fry pancetta
  5. Spread ricotta on bread
  6. Top with peaches and pancetta
  7. Add balsamic glaze and honey
  8. Garnish and serve
