How to Use an Australia Post Parcel Locker for Your Delivery

The setup is straightforward.

1. Create or log in to your MyPost account.
   You’ll need a MyPost account to set up and manage your Parcel Locker details.
2. Choose a Parcel Locker location.
   Search for a locker that fits naturally into your routine, such as one near work, your local shops or your commute.
3. Add the locker to your account.
   Australia Post will provide you with a personalised Parcel Locker address linked to that location.
4. Use that address when you shop online.
   Enter your Parcel Locker details instead of your normal home delivery address.
5. Wait for your collection notification.
   Once your parcel arrives, Australia Post will let you know it’s ready and provide instructions for collection.

Once you’ve set up your preferred location, using a Parcel Locker for future orders becomes much easier.

This is often the part that looks unfamiliar the first time, but you don’t need to work out the address format yourself.

Australia Post provides a personalised Parcel Locker address through your MyPost account. When placing your Blue Bungalow order, copy those details into the delivery address fields at checkout.

Use the address exactly as Australia Post provides it rather than entering only the physical street address of the locker. This helps ensure the parcel is correctly linked to your account.

Before completing your order, check that:

• Your name matches your MyPost details
• The Parcel Locker address has been entered correctly
• Your email address and mobile number are up to date
• The locker location is still convenient for you

Eligible Blue Bungalow orders sent through Australia Post can be delivered to a Parcel Locker, subject to Australia Post’s usual parcel size and service requirements.

Once your order arrives at the locker, Australia Post will send you a notification with the details you need to collect it.

Head to your chosen Parcel Locker and follow the prompts provided by Australia Post. The correct locker compartment will open so you can retrieve your parcel.

You generally have 48 hours, or 2 business days, to collect it. If you miss that window, Australia Post will usually move the parcel to a nearby Post Office or collection point and send you updated instructions.

You can also keep an eye on your delivery by tracking your order.

That means there’s no need to rearrange your day around a delivery window. If your parcel arrives while you’re at work, at an appointment or out running errands, it can wait until you’re ready to collect it.
