What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a free service that lets you place your order online as normal and then collect from our Newstead, Brisbane store same day. You order will be ready to pick up 30 minutes after you receive your order confirmation.

How do I place a Click & Collect Order?

Step 1: Find the styles you love and add them to your cart.

Step 2: Head to the Shopping Cart once you’re ready to complete the order and apply any relevant coupon codes or Gift Card codes in the space provided.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout and select Brisbane Store Pickup under the shipping options.

Step 4: Enter the rest of your details as required, complete payment and wait for your confirmation email.

Step 5: Once your order is ready for collection from our Eagle Farm store, you will receive a ‘Ready for Pickup’ email!

When will my order be ready for pickup?

1 hour from when you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a ready to pick up email up to 1 hour after your confirmation email. Refer to our Eagle Farm store Opening Hours so you know when we are open to pick up your Click & Collect order.

Where do I collect from?

Just show your order confirmation email at the counter.

What do I need to bring with me to collect it?

All you need to bring along is a copy of the confirmation email (printed or on a phone). Don’t panic if you can’t personally make it in to pick up the order – you can send the email confirmation to someone else who can collect it on your behalf!

Can I pay when I arrive to collect my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot take cash or any other payment for Click & Collect orders in-store. We sell out so quickly in most styles that the only way to guarantee it will be held for you is to purchase it! Afterpay will be available as a payment method for Click & Collect but must be processed online.

Is Click & Collect available anywhere else?

At this time, our Brisbane store is the only location that orders can be collected from. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information about delivery to your area.

What happens if I can’t make it to pick up my order?

Pickup will be available for 10 days from the initial collection date, after which you will be contacted to arrange for delivery by post. Please contact the store on 1300 880 635 or email help@bluebungalow.com.au if you are unable to collect your order for any reason.

Can I return my Click & Collect order?

As with all online purchases, you can return your order either in-store or by post. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy for more information about returns by post.
