Group Bookings
We love when groups visit our store, sharing the joy of fashion is what we’re all about! To ensure you receive our signature Blue Bungalow experience, we ask that all groups of 5 or more book ahead before coming in.
In-Store FAQ's
Please enter the store directly from the Kingsford Smith Drive driveway and disregard any map directions that send you down Violet Street.
Follow Blue Bungalow signage to the end of the driveway for allocated parking.
Allocated parking is available for Blue Bungalow ladies in front of the store (look for the signs when you drive in). Street parking is also available in and around Eagle Farm.
You are able to return any full priced items in store for a exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase date. Just make sure you bring your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. For details regarding returns, search 'Returns'.
Click & Collect FAQ's
Add your items to cart as usual and select "Pick Up" as your shipping method at checkout.
You order will be ready to collect from our Eagle Farm Boutique 30 minutes after placing your order. For orders placed at night or over the weekend, the parcel will be ready for collection on the next business day.
Your parcel will be available to collect from our Boutique, located at 860 Kingsford Smith Drive in Eagle Farm, Brisbane, 30 minutes after your order has been confirmed. Orders placed at night or over the weekend will be available on the next business day.
A copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) will need to be presented to collect your parcel.
We encourage you to try on your purchases in our boutique change rooms so if any exchanges need to be made, you can do them right there and then!
Pickup will be available for 10 days from the initial collection date, after which you will be contacted to arrange delivery by post.
