Just as we were losing all will to go on and bring you exciting new clothing and trends, Ali has whipped out another of her extraordinarily easy and gluten free baking creations! Disclaimer - These taste way better than they look, we scoffed the big ones and only had these dregs left to photograph!


2 cups of puffed brown rice
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup


1. Melt peanut butter, syrup and vanilla extract over low heat until thoroughly combined.
2. Add to a bowl with brown rice puffs and mix well.
3. Roll into bit sized balls.
4. Distribute amongst staff members for an afternoon pick-me-up that’s sure to boost productivity rates!
